Actually, I have a hard time sexing them right out of the egg. I haven't quite got that down to a science yet. But, by about ten days old they usually begin to get their chest feathers in and that's the most obvious way for me to tell. All my stags have black chest feathers, if their chest is lighter they are almost always pullet's. Other than their posture and attitude feathering is the earliest way for me to tell.

These are three week old pumpkin hulsey chicks

I've never raised Hulsey's and from what I understand their colors can vary a lot. Based only on posture in the pics I think that the light colored one(#2) is probably your stag, and the rest look to be pullets to me. But you'll have to wait a little longer and see who's comb develops more to know for sure. Unless some one on here with some experience raising Hulsey's can tell for sure.
