It is a good one. I had a pet coon when I was a kid, and she was one of the smartest animals I have had.

They are pretty smart. I had one pull a snare off from around his neck right in front of me.
Wild raccoons have a wild smell I can’t stand though. I’d almost rather play with skunks. Almost.

We had a dog at the time and I would get an ice cream sandwich for them to share. The coon would use one paw to pull it closer to her and the other paw to push the dog away. The two of them had a great time playing together!
