Just think about all those birds that get treated for respiratory issues that may have been VND instead of Mycoplasma. Just allowing the disease to spread. Tylan should fix them right up.

To me if it's more than a rattle cull em I watch my birds close no use in it spreading and killing all my and others hard work. Good husbandry goes a heck of a long ways.

Where have you been man? There’s like 5 threads of people complaining about illegal roosters brought in from Mexico. Uh huh if people would quit treating sick birds constantly and start pulling heads off they wouldn’t be in this situation. Nope. Never gonna happen though. If people would stop playing chicken doctor and start raising and breeding only healthy birds things would be different.

Yeah but that’s in Los Angels and it’s surrounding areas not south of Camp Pendleton

I’ve treated a grand total of two birds with La200 for enteritis and that was when they were molting a couple years apart (weak immune system) but still probably my fault for not keeping their pens as clean as I should have. If you have a yard full of sick birds they’re either weak genetically or you’re an absolute mess. Possibly both.

I actually had wobbly sparrows fly into my window get back up and keep flying it’s wild birds spreading it but something goes wrong and let’s just blame the Mexicans

Agreed, I have a molting hen now and I try to get her as many grubs as I can cause she needs the proteins also let her out to graze on plants and weeds while she is going through this.
