What the poster is leaving out is that this chick hatched from a "barnyard mix" of eggs from Ebay. 26 breeds were listed and it stated it wasn't a complete list.
No games were listed but two muffed breeds were (ameraucanas and faverolles) also potentially muffed breeds (Easter eggers and olive eggers) were listed as well as mixed breeds.
Nevermind then. That was for centrarchid not you.
lol, I bet. Those mugs just look like big birds!Del Mac biddies are doing awesome eat a shit ton though boys never had biddies eat so much.
The seller I got the eggs from has a 3,000sqr foot coop, so they may cage some games for egg collecting.
Owing to how the birds were acquired, it will be difficult to confirm what breed they represent. You can grow them out to rule out some possibilities based on their appearance. You will be able to make determination of game fowl input or not based on overall appearance, but actual gameness used to define games requires other measures. If you have lots of money burning a hole in your pocket and have access to reputed parents that are reputed to be game, then you can do some 23 and me type action. The seller I got the eggs from has a 3,000sqr foot coop, so they may cage some games for egg collecting.
If that was the case I would think they would list and sell them as such instead of throwing them in a barnyard mix.The seller I got the eggs from has a 3,000sqr foot coop, so they may cage some games for egg collecting.
What do you mean exactly? I've been monitoring that chick's growth for 6 almost 7 weeks now.Owing to how the birds were acquired, it will be difficult to confirm what breed they represent. I would not invest a lot of effort if there is any question about what you have. You have chickens and leave it at that with this particular lot.
I need to see a bird as an adult to make more accurate assignments to breed. Your bird is still in transition between a chick and juvenile. What do you mean exactly? I've been monitoring that chick's growth for 6 almost 7 weeks now.
