I have a nice Brassyback Albany show rooster in with some nice OEG hens. I am getting 6, 7 eggs a day. Might sale you a dozen or 2 for show purposes only. No eggs or fowl here for illegal activities, but would be sure fine exibition fowl or backyard layers. PM me for price.

Ok someone please educate me! lets say I get a BB red american game cock, would this hen be the correct hen to breed with. would the rooster offspring be BB reds too? what color is this hen considered, any info please Im new to this and have a few of these hens already..

What you have is a BB Red ( Partridge) colored American Game ( pit game) hen. She should do well under a BB red cock. From her markings you can tell that she should throw some excellent colored males.

i am in search of the beautiful fan tail fowl satsumadori..i have been searching for 4 days like crazy
and talked with many great and well known longtail breeders but all only have worked or know of
some that worked with project satsumador..then today i found out one person has imported pure bloods
into the states..but they are keeping very good to them selves and staying anonymous..thought maybe this
thread could be checked out by everyone even if you dont know about the breed pass it along let someone else
know about it..

its the largest pultry community i know he/she can be found

if the breed is truly here
would be great to share it with other longtail breeders to preserve it and also to those who also would just love
to own thse beautiful birds.. i am currently helping out another breeder with a project on satsumadori and they look great
very close but not yet there still alot to work on..
so please any help or idea or also conversations on this breed welcome also
pass it around need to find this breeder

I have heard of 1 person that has them in OK & TX didn't know a name, but somehow my friend aquired a pair, & sold them to a buyer wishing to remain private

.

I didn't even know about them until he sold them

This is pretty much what happend when I went to my friends.

I went over to get some Asil & we started talking about Orientals/Shamo,Barzilian,Asil etc. & Phoenix & Long tailed breeds came into subject. I mentiond Satumadori & my friend told me after he laughed, I just sold a pair of Satsumadori.

He said they are very RARE & was given an offer he couldn't refuse.

I have never known him to lie to me about anything, so I had complete trust that he did own the birds /Satsumadori & sold them.

So to be sure I tryed to describe them the best I could I said are you sure ???

Satsumadori look to have the sort of body like a Shamo but have a long ,spread out fan Tail. which I described as a mexican palm leaf.

He gave me a Look & said I only owned them & along with a bunch of other rare orientals ! & yes I know what they look like ! They are gone, I sold them he said .

Wanting to know more info I asked where they came from, & he said from a friend of his in Oklahoma. He wont give names & Satsumadori Went to an anonymous buyer.

I am hopeing to get more info in their where abouts
