If two cocks have a battle in a farmyard of their own instigation It's natural as it is in the jungle, Cocks fight for sex, nothing else. In nature the top cock gets all the hens. But if people are standing nearby, you will get charged with cockfigliting, whether you’ve got money on the outcome or not ? You cannot take away its desire to fight even if you wanted to, even if it's a fluffy Silkie, Orpington or a Shamo, Aseel. It's what they would do perfectly naturally if no man was involved.
But all that is called ‘food processing’ and ‘battery egg production’ to be reasonable are a darn sight more cruel. You can abuse a chicken by keeping it in a tiny cage cramped together with other chickens so it can't move and forcing it to lay constantly with 20+ hours a day of Artificial light a day until exhaustion almost kills it, then hung up alive on a rail by it's feet then just about drown it in boiling water before it's head is cut off or it bleeds to death but that's perfectly acceptable by Law.
Are you going to rescue all those poor abused chickens from the ‘food processing’ and ‘battery egg production’ scene as well ?​

If you have a wife like mine, I suggest you quickly edit out with photoshop the dung pile from image or post another image! My wife busted me for having birds crap on her fancy bathtub citing posted photograph as evidence.
