Hatcheries are about the bottom line. Orientals typically lay very few eggs and then go broody. Thus, there is NO WAY a hatchery can supply quality Oriental Games and make a profit. It's just that simple.
Yes, I have been told that many times before. Forgive me, but I'm flustered with the steep prices breeders put on their birds. The prices are understandable, and one usually gets fantastic birds, but my budget is a very strict one and I must suffice for hatchery mutts. If there was a local breeder who didn't charge $200 per cock or pair, than maybe I'd already have had some beautiful Malays or Thais
