Show Off Your Games!

I would like to share some photos of my little babies; Ko Shamo, Modern Game, and Leghorn Bantam. It is a wonderful experience to have these magnificent, intelligent, and beautiful breed of birds.

simply adorable.... congrats on your new babies. I have some in lockdown now. they are due to hatch the 22nd but I think I am gonna have a few early birds (pun intended) hehe cause I can see a few rockers and hear a little tapping and chirping going on in there. I am so excited.

Thank you Monita, for your kind words about my little babies. How wonderful that yours are about to hatch. I wish you many healthy babies, and they are a delight to have. I hope you post some photos of your babies as well.

Lockdown is a BYC only expression/word for the 18-thru 21 day of incubation when one is not to dare open or touch the incubator. I don't know where this was ever conjured up but it is a very much talked about subject over to the hatching section.

A hen will naturally stay on the eggs the last few days of the hatch which I'm sure she knows this only by instinct and this is probly triggered by a chirp/cheep or motion inside the egg(s).The last time I checked a hen still can't count too, as I have hens that will brood till doomsday if they are allowed to, so # of days has not a thing to do with it.

Type lockdown in the search box on here you will find plenty of the subject on here for sure.

what yall think? I also have a red hen I am thinking of breeding him with....suggestions?i would like to know what color would breed true with his color...
I don't know what color hen to put in there with him but I do know that is one stunning bird. I have wanted a grey for the last 5 years and I can never find anyone who has hatching eggs for a reasonable price.

thanks for answering that lol. you did a better job than I would have done. I was just gonna say the last 3 days eggs are in the incubator before they hatch lol.
