Most winters the lows are in the mid 20s - low 30s so not too bad. My peacock has done just fine in the trees no matter the temp.
 
Definitely heat and humidity is way harder on them than the cold. As long as I keep the wind off of them I'm sure they will be fine. Extra boss and corn for the winter should help some.
 
Before anybody comes across my first neutral feedback here's the facts person won and paid for 12 eggs now has 11 chicks, agreed to buy 12 eggs has 11 chicks over 90%. Leaves neutral feedback cause I sent 19 eggs. 11 chicks is still over 50% for shipped eggs which I personally think is very good. Anyway that's the fine print. Ok rant over peace
