And if he really runs, as in cowering, even once, then he's not game. There is a style, I don't know if it's seen in AGs, called wheelers, I believe. They act as if running and when the opponent is tired they turn around and strike. A lot of people don't like that, I could see the trouble it could easily bring, especially in AG shows it would probably be detrimental.

Thanks. Same father, different mothers. As far dubbing, I have never done it before, though I would like to try it at some point. I like they way they look when they are dubbed, but I also like the natural look as well.

Anyone know whitch line of bbr or brown reds has white legs? Is there a line with white legs? My hen that I thought had yellow legs has the palest white legs ive ever seen!

I would, if I had extras. Not sure why but I hatched 10 males to every 1 female this year in my Grey line. I need all the pullets I got this year to replace some that I lost to hawks. I still have a few Grey cockerels (silver duckwings) to sale. I only got that one Golden in the picture this year. He is going to be beautiful when he matures and grows out his tail. I hide him when buyers come out to buy birds so they won't pressure me to sale him. Getting a lot of calls from out of state people looking to buy my birds for some reason, especially my Brown Red line. Funny thing is that I only sold one Brown Red cockerel last year to a guy and I have never advertised my Brown Reds because I don't have a pure line. My Brown Reds are cross between my Hatch BBRed cock and my Brown Red hens. I don't know where they heard about my brown reds and why they want them so much. Makes one wonder what the guy is doing with that one I sold last year. ???
