Show Off Your Games!

What is a good way to exercise your Games if they are in a pen all day????.

Right now, I let one pair (Cock and hen) roam free in the afternoon... But they just seem to peck around and the roosters just try to fight through the cages... Is there a good exercise I can do with them? I was thinking of building a treadmill I can set them on, but that has its complications and costs money and time to put together... Dont know if its worth while.

Any advice for exercising?

3x3' foldable scratch cages for a single or two birds that you can movie easily around your yard. Or cords for the roosters attach to a barrels .

Right now they are in a 4' x 3' flying pen, I have normally had them free range and they are used to flying over fences, chasing hens across the yard and running from dogs, but now they seem so stagnent in their pens. I want to let them out of their pens to get some exercise but they dont do much.. it would be nice if I had like a hamster ball for roosters.. so they could run around without hurting eachother

I use about 6-9 foot long tie cords on my stags, that gives them a pretty good circumference of room to roam, put em on grass, they eat, rest, stretch and flap they're wings, crow, they love being on a tie cord. I just can't leave mine tied up all the time because of my coon dog........ Eventually, he starts thinkin he might wanna eat that chicken lol but, gotta have my coon dog because of predators trying to kill my chickens
How do Tie Cords give them exercise? Is it the weight of carrying around the cord that works them?
