Ha I thought he was hot. I'm too far for live birds and it's too hot for eggs right now. It's 95 here today. I had one of them hatch about take the head off of another non game chick yesterday evening. That particular bird has springs for legs

hi ive been pointed to this thread to help identify some birds i have! can anyone work out what they are,how old and maybe even the sex??!!

aseel or thais what color are their legs . Pea comb roosters comb will look more different from hens if you take a close look

Haha I gotta get pics of my modern x gold sebright chicks they look wild! They have the modern long legs hard body and high station plus the straight comb but the legs are thicker than moderns and are slate color legs with black eyes and gold hatched markings they are pretty cool I'm most happy about the legs and straight comb though

I gotta figure out some sort of tarp/roof system for the front half of these pens. I was thinking about attaching a tarp of some sort that would be able to roll back under the lip of the roof when it's not raining/ snowing. Any ideas?

On my domes the rear and middle (tarp) is attached with zip ties and the front has clasps so when sunny it can be folded back on top itself and clipped to the rear wire to expose the front half of the pen and when it rains it can be unfolded to cover all the pen and clipped to the front to keep it from flying up. I had pics I'll have to get some more
