Please help me. I just dubbed a one of my young roosters about two days ago and it was my first one I've ever done. Does everything look right???? And should I put something on it to keep the flies

away? And if everything does look ok, will he look normal in 3 weeks??? Then when our county fair is

it looks fine maybe a few skin tags to touch up later but its ok... Flies shouldn't bother it but there's an ointment at feed store for cattle that I use on my dogs and outdoor cats called SWAT its for keeping flies away and heals wounds fast

Yeah no need to put him through anymore stress and once there's scabs u definately don't want to go trimming. Later on if there's a piece here or there u can remove after he's healed a while
