I too have given away and sold for pennies on the dollar very good birds. I am always willing to help someone getting started as I know how hard it can be to do that. Things that leave my yard to new breeders are ones that have been breeding in my pens or up to the standard to do so. (culling is something that everyone must do thoroughly, no matter how long or how "good" said line has been, even though that means I am probably killing better birds than many sell on the web). But before getting someone started, I need to see that said interested parties are more prepared than just wanting to buy like they are getting chicks on a whim at the local farm supply store. Patience before a venture takes place to me, shows that said party will be patient later on when patience is needed to get raising their flock up and going. Research before hand is just as important as going through with finding and purchasing what is wanted. Sweet T is using the tools at hand to get opinions, find direction, and increase knowledge as they look to add to their yard. I wish more would do that, no matter what type of critter they are looking to raise.
Also, be sure when sanitizing after a quarantine to clean and disinfect the surrounding areas as stuff like respiratory ailments are many times airborne on feather and fluff dander... Good luck in your search, too bad you weren't closer Sweet T, I'd help you out with some broodies
