I think she has a pea comb, hard to tell but it doesn't look like a single comb. And off the top of my head I can't remember what leg color should be for either breed...
Yokohamas are considered games by some people, not most though. Some people call them games due to coming from Minohikis, which came from Shamos and Shokoku (a long tailed gamefowl). Yokohamas may come in just about any leg/plumage color, and phoenix come in only willow green/slate blue leg color i think. Not sure on the phoenix.
