Do you trade chickiens? A rooster for a rooster or a hen for a hen?

YellowLeg(mother) GilmoreHatchLeiper(father) born April 2012
If I found the right bird I wouldn't mind trading for it. All the birds I have now are Leipers with the exception of the Claret hen. I've been raising Leipers
for a few years now but I have always loved Clarets as well. It took me awhile to find the right Claret hen. I might breed her to a Leiper cock next season
but I'd rather find the perfect Claret cock to put her with. Besides that I have all the birds I need right now. BTW that's a nice looking hen. I like her station. What are the bloodlines that you have?

Nice hen, she looks big and healthy. Or the most part only my hens are the only ones of diffren breeds. But I only have the yellowlegsweater and the gilmorehatchleiper rooster to breed with the hens. Check out my pictures. I have a good bunch of my chickes there.

Thanks, she's very people friendly as well, very nice temperament. Checked out your pictures, awesome birds! I like your sweater(the daddy rooster) he looks he'd
produce some nice fowl. And those Golden pheasants are pretty cool too.

Hi I was on another thread but seems there is not too much traffic over there. Thought I would stop here for a while. I have some modern game bantams. i don't know if a;; *games* are friendly but my moderns are so friendly towards people and very family oriented among themselves. They have free range of the place but always stick together in a family unit even the fathers with the sons. The eggs hatched are always always pure even though there are severak breeds running around here. Kris

Hi tiki! Nice to see you here! I've found my American games very easy to tame, they've never ever tried to flog me (except a broody with new chicks, and I think too many visits from the kids made her tired of it) and they certainly do segregate...stick together and pick their own kind, flocking together. The hens certainly find the game roos more attractive....who wouldn't? I hope to get some descent pictures soon.
