Oh no this was over 4 years ago, I've only had fowl for 3 1/2 =) before fowl I had pet ratties in my dorm room and our first apartment. When the oldest ratty passed I started looking into chickens and it's all history!



Sooooo... did I show off the Elsa costume yet? Cause I'm in love with this dress! I'm making one for ChaCha now. I think it's going to be her halloween costume =D

Dress and cape - the dress goes under her wings so it's truly a full body dress, but it doesn't go under her belly

This is the tutu petticoat that's supposed to go under the dress to make it fuller (she's not wearing it in the previous dress photo though)

And of course it always has to have a matching bow

Oh god, it's too much xD How do you get your ducks to tolerate the headgear? I SO want Wobbles to be able to wear a big floppy hat so he can be a black mage from Final Fantasy!

Yeesh...Wobbles sure does love these pine shavings. Putting him in his nighttime crate is akin got dropping a toddler into a ball pit.

I can't believe pine shavings are working out for you indoors. When you said a few days ago that you were going to try those, I expected you to come back shortly afterward and say, "Well, that was a mistake." LOL.

They sleep in large plastic bins, so it doesn't get much chance to go everywhere. Plus the bedroom smells pine fresh! We probably won't use 'em when we make the indoor run. I guess we'll hafta cross that bridge when we get to it.

ChaCha won't wear large things on her head, she'll only stand a TINY little bow lol
Shavings are fun for them! ChaCha always digs in the fresh shavings pile, but I don't think I could manage them indoors, you're brave!
