Show off your house ducks!

I want to make the diapers for the ducks using fabric I already have a lay out for a human baby and modify it to my ducks how do I do these

I think it's probably better just to keep it dry for now unless she starts to show signs of pain.
What kind of ointments do you guys have? I've used VetRX for all KINDS of things on ChaCha and I totally love that stuff! I know a lot of people with fowl use blukote, but I've never tried it. I like the idea of homeopathic things first, then if I an't fix it move on to the chemicals and vet recommendations.

Hahaha thanks! I've been working on that diaper for a year! Finally made it to reality and I LOVE IT. Hopefully taking pictures of all the other color options today so I an send out these ones to the patient customers that have been my watermelon guinea pigs ha.

I haven't used any ointments on ducks but for my rabbits I have used calendula ointment (I think it's homeopathic? Or based on herbs/flowers), zinc ointment and my mum uses ointments for babies on them too :p Luckily I don't have any experience with urine burn but I think these are good ointments for the skin.

Wow that is a long time to work on a diaper! The result is super nice.

I would love to have a house duck but my parents say no :( aaah

You know a lot about caring for birds and rabbits. (Loved seeing those rabbits in the background of your video...think it was the one of Eduard begging. I've watched it at least 4 times.) Do you live on a lot of land or a farm or something? Do you think you'll have lots of pets when you live on your own someday?

Thank you, but I'm still new to the duck club and don't know much about duck medicine :p Most of the things I know I've read on forums, if my bunnies are sick I go to the vet but also search on the web. If there is something wrong I usually go to panic mode and my morher will use common sense and help haha

Yep that's the video. I live in a big town, my parents were very lucky to get this house which is on a great location because of the ditch and park. The backyard is small compared to what I see on a lot of pictures here, but still pretty big to Dutch standards.

I can't imagine life without pets. But ducks just need so many space. The ducks live in the ditches and parks but come visit me for food. Luckily there are barely any predators for adult ducks here.

Hi everyone..I have no idea how to work this website on my phone and find what I'm looking for, I'm hoping I found it here. I've been raising ducks my whole life but never inside..we live where ducks can't be left outside due to neibors living close. I recently did some reasearch on house ducks..We bought two day old babies. Avocado who is a pure mallard and Bernie who is a pure white and buff Indian runner. Tomorrow is a week sense we got them and they love it here and seem a lot happier then where I got them from. We only wanted to start with one but the buyer said we had to get two, is it easier to raise one duckling inside or would both be fine? I know all the care for ducks just need some advice about raising them inside. Thank you!!
