Needs to be kept at room temp. I put mine in a hall way off my main hallway where my washing machine and dryer sit. I can smell it but to me it smells good, mainly because I have feed, split peas, garlic, oregano, kelp, flax seeds, so it smells like an Italian restaurant. lol Oh yeah and brewers yeast along with the ACV and hot water. My dh says it stinks too. I always have a bucket fermenting while I am feeding out of one.Ah, right-o. I've tried fermented feed before, and it didn't turn out so hot. I don't think I left it long enough and it was still all yeasty. I'm willing to give it another try, but my hubby, not so much, hehe! He said the smell was AWFUL. Also will it keep in the fridge, or would that just kill off the bacteria?
