Show off your house ducks!

Well I'm new here too...And I don't have any house ducks either. Well technically the four ducklings in a big cage I have in the back room are. But when they get big enough they'll go out too the yard with the others. My ducks like to fly around the yard. But they only get a few inches off the ground. Their too fat to fly far....But I live my ducks and this thread is a fun place to lurk.

That is so cute. You qualify and can say you have Temporary House Ducks. Heehee, too fat to fly far. That means they are cuddly, cute and kissable and soft to me.

It's hilarious when she calls them, they all come waddle running as fast as their webs will go, lol...

Yes, she still flys around the yard, but Crash & Burn go with her... they're the only ones without their wings clipped still... as long as they keep their flight paths in our yard, I'll let them (supervised of course) take their little flights...

Weebeep. She calls them. She is the leader and their webs move so fast to get to her.

I love that she still flies and that Crash and Burn do too. I bet they love it. I have heard wild ducks quack when they are in flight low to the ground. Does your 3some make noise on the wing? My finches beep during flight. It makes me laugh.

They are the little planes and you are the air traffic controller monitoring their little flights. CUTE.

Funny again you are.  Well I am a faker cuz I don't own any 'real' ducks.  But my fakeness has some integrity because I do own 2 honorary pygmy Muscovy finch ducks.  

You are 100% authentic. Your finchy-birbs have been authenticated multiple times as honorary pygmy ducks and they do live in your house...
Duck in house = house duck.

Thank you Tevyes Dad. So true. I have been. And so my birbs are as such. It is fun having little poopers flying and perching around. They are so cute and it's OK they get away with murder. Plenty of 409 and paper towels on hand.
