So can you show sports as splash

Not sure what the standard calls for. I think if you get sports that don't show any other color besides the "splash" you could.

My lemon blue over lemon blue sport "splash" pullets show a lot of lemon in the hackle. The sports that come from a lemon blue X lemon blue cross don't seem to.

Don't know if that's the case for everyone.

Yes, he is a Sport. I prefer the dubbed look, and you're right, he'll have to be dubbed for show.

My OEGB seem to be susceptible to frostbite, which is another reason I dub.

Look at your birds comb. About half way up, running along the length of the head is a line, or a crease. Use it as a guide, follow the curve and round it in the back. Take the wattles/earlobes first though.
