Show off your Old English Game Bantams!!

Sorry this comes so late. Everything has been piling up. But I took my Blue Ginger pullet, Mouse, to the county fair this year. We-- nay, she-- won Grand Champion Bantam!! I kept her for breeding. Will be going to the big poultry show in Portage in September 27-28 to look for any roos for sale. Pic to come. After the Grand Champion Bantam, we won Showmanship together!

Here's my pullet Rowan. She's my first OEGB and I'm absolutely in love with the breed! She's the sweetest little thing ever!

Chicks are now 8 weeks old and nearly fully feathered out now. Love them all to death!

Chick #1 - She is a gorgeous little self blue OEGB. She look more like a modern to me, but she is a lovely bird. She is the largest and flightiest of the three.

Chick #2 - I believe this one is a molted pullet. It has been so fun watching all those black feathers come in these past few weeks. Though she still has a way to go.

Chick #3 - I still have no clue a to what color this little guy is, but I do believe it's a rooster. He is also the friendliest and smallest (he's half the size of the other two even though he's the same age!) of the three.

If you know what color/pattern #3 might be let me know:) I have no idea what he is other than that he's an OEGB. Thanks!

BEAUTIFUL chicks! He looks like a silver seabright, so maybe silver penciled? Where did you get them? They are absolutely stunning!

My OEGB rooster didnt grow a lot til about 3 months the roo was always half the size of the hens but my OEGBS are so flighty with they're black japanese bantam friend its not even funny!

Unfortunately the little rooster is no longer with him. I believe a rat broke into the chick room an got him :|
Te feed store I work at gets them from ideal so I just order all my chicks through them to avoid paying shipping and I get an employee discount on them. I've never had any issues with ideal and have actually gotten some really good quality birds out of them every now and then. Both OEGB pullets I got from them are great looking birds. I've had people shocked to hear they were from a hatchery xD
