Haven't posted for a while but I have recently purchased 4 Wheaten hens which I have with my Cuckoo rooster and my Mealy Grey so will have more updates when get my first eggs

Good Morning to all! I have an updated picture of my BBR rooster and a few banty hens I have, taking refreshment from one of my watering stations. I like to place water around the places they like to hang out, so as to make sure they always have easy access to hydrate with. In turn they seem to approve of my choices by being healthy and happy birds.

Does anyone know how Cackle hatchery's OEGB's are? They have barred chicks, and I really want to start breeding that color.

They're pet quality... not bad, but not really good for breeding... the pics they use do not accurately represent their stock... if you can find a breeder, you'd be much better off if you're looking for quality... IMHO...
