That’s why I didn’t get Easter Eggers. It would just be my luck that I would get the one that didn’t lay blue eggs or better yet I’d get a cockerel.
So to make sure I would get blue eggs I know have 2 gorgeous Black Ameraucana hens and 2 stunning Black Breasted Red Araucana pullets.

My girls just started laying. The olive was a double yolk!

Wow, beautiful. Actually, that blue girl up there was supposed to be a pure Americauna. When the gal that sold me the eggs as such..she was so surprised. She also has blue EE'S. Says, darn, one of my EE girls must have gotten in my Americauna pens. Bet she tried to fix that one..hope so at least. Those eggs weren't cheap.
