The rooster"Hootie" and the white hen"String Cheese" are Golden Comets. They fell in love and made my chicks, which I realize are not any true breed, but I'll let you know how they turn out. Their parents are the friendliest super egg layers I ever had.

LOL! We have 6 Red Sex Links that are 1 yr old (and 2 chicks that are 2 wks old) and they produce all different sizes and shades of brown eggs. We get XXLG eggs too, always double yokers! YUM! Our girls don't really know they are chickens though, their spoiled rotten!! When I gather eggs they run into the coop and look at their eggs then look up at me as if they are saying.."look what i did!". You just have to love their antics!
