Wow, Legacy is huge!!!! so pretty

You think that is big, here are the Legacy eggs compared to an extra large egg. What a handful. That was just before Christmas, and was a single yolk. I was expecting a double but it wasn't. It was all I could do not to drop one or both eggs. I even had a pillow under where I was holding it so I wouldn't lose an egg. The extra large size are their normal size eggs. But that was a shocker. I have one hen that lays them that big most of the time.

my only Olive Egger Roo- 2 years old...



1 of my 2 brother Black Copper Maran Roos...pardon the frostbit comb...and he's missing a few toenails too. The ice/cold took a beating on them this winter. it was awful and lasted so long!

A lot of folks are starting to want them now. I hope to see more and more folks over the next few years start raising them so they can become a well known breed. They are like big puppy dogs. lovable as can be just covered with feathers instead of fur.
