I have no idea what those tufts are all about, but I love them. I love watching my birds grow up. Tarzan and his girls were pretty much at sexual maturity when I bought them, but they had some filling-out to do. And clearly, he's doing that. Haha. Love him to death. And thanks; stumbled upon Sebastian by chance, and snatched him up the moment I found him. No hesitation.
