This is my new EE cockeral I just received from ideal poultry.

I know this is off topic but is this guy a cockeral it can tell sometimes but I just can't on this one.

He is 2 1/2 months or three months not quite sure.
He is an EE, red sex - link mix. So an Easter egger.
Him at a younger age with his sister
At 10 weeks I would say that is a pullet.

That pic was from 2or 3 weeks ago and he looks different than his sibling his sibling is getting her cushion and had a tail before the red one

Im not sure. I got him from a friend not too long ago.

Sorry. :(

They're illegal in my town too (I live in the UK) but our cochin bantam rooster sleeps in his rooster box every night and even though we live in a semidetached house in a fully inhabited urban area, we've had no complaints and he can hardly be heard from inside!

If you get one the right size, Lower then the roo's head i.e. The roo cannot stand fully up without hitting his head on the top, they work well. My Roo puts himself in his box and all I have to do is to shut the door each night.
