Many chickens have V-combs like that. It is just more easily seen in the LaFleche. All Polish varieties also have V-combs. Along with Houdans, Crevecoures and Sultans. You just don't notice them because of their bonnets. Brabanters, Appenzeller Spitzhaubens and Dutch Owlbeards also have V-combs. All strikingly beautiful birds.

thank you and yah that's the truth....but usually I have them both in the breeding pen that is split in two sides so they don't fight...but I just recently bought a 3 month old RIR hen and the other girls won't let her
Eat or drink.so I have to now give the boys turns with the girls so my lil RIR hen can be safe in her own pen..
