Many chickens have V-combs like that. It is just more easily seen in the LaFleche. All Polish varieties also have V-combs. Along with Houdans, Crevecoures and Sultans. You just don't notice them because of their bonnets. Brabanters, Appenzeller Spitzhaubens and Dutch Owlbeards also have V-combs. All strikingly beautiful birds. :)

thank you and yah that's the truth....but usually I have them both in the breeding pen that is split in two sides so they don't fight...but I just recently bought a 3 month old RIR hen and the other girls won't let her
Eat or drink.so I have to now give the boys turns with the girls so my lil RIR hen can be safe in her own pen..

Oh well we have to keep the young ladies safe. Hopefully they will accept her soon.
