Show off your roosters

This is my EE rooster Blue Boy, he is only 16 weeks and very big lol. I love his wing markings, they only appeared at 8 weeks. He learned to crow last week (late bloomer) and is only just now figuring out those big feet and legs. Poor guy was clutsy for awhile because he grew so fast. So far he is very sweet and curious. He watches over his 4 hens and the two 9 week old BLRW very well.

do you know what cross he is? I plan to raise EE but almost all of my birds are small.I would like to get some bigger EE.

These are the two I hatched two eggs from, one was Blue Boy. The EE Rooster I borrowed and he was very big, and blue. The little hen is small and lays small blue eggs. A friend thinks she is an EE with Sumatra in her, and I would agree. The other chick hatched was this blue pullet below, that looks like a true blue Ameracauna and she is bigger than the other hens also.

It is kind of funny how I was thinking of purchasing blue Ameracauna's to raise and the EE's I bought from the feed store are blue and blue wheaton's, and the two I hatched were both blue's. Law of Attraction they say lol. Wish I could tell you more. I have two BLRW I plan to cross this rooster with, so those chicks should be very large, hopefully olive eggers. My other favorite EE looked like a Light Brahma cross and she was large and laid large blue eggs. You could get a large breed rooster to use. The rooster I borrowed, she said he always gave her beautiful large chicks.
