Yes even the hatching eggs are crazy expensive. I just wanted a few for my personal flock. I don't know anyone local who is interested in them. Don't think there is a market for them around here. They sure are cute though.. I'll share pics when I go out to the coup tonight.

Yes I took a chance and purchased hatching eggs on ebay. If their had been someone local that would have been a preferred option. I would look into it. So far these are the calmest chicks we own. They like to sleep in my husband's beard lol. I was suprised how sweet they are. For some reason I pictured them being flighty..
