Was supposed to get down to Estes Hatchery and pick up some more Black Sex Link chicks (target was late March) however, owing to time constraints, all we got was a cockerel, this year, from an acquaintance. All I know for sure is that he has some Game in him. Didn't really want him because BSL's are nearly invisible to preds, in our woods; this guy is like a beacon. He settled right in with our remaining 8.5yr. old BSL hen (cockerel 4 months). He sometimes eyes the turkeys with bad intent but has otherwise been a perfect gentleman.

This my (or soon to be mine) Blue Andalusian rooster. I'm not sure exactly how old he is, but he's still quite young. Sorry the picture isn't the best.
