He is called oddball because he was the first to hatch out of a batch of 12 rhode island reds and light sussex!! Hence the name oddball as he was neither but a beautiful silkie that had got into our batch by error. Wouldn't be without him now.

This will not count but around 6-7 years ago, I had a female silkie that had white fur and feathers but it was an albino. She had pinkish skin and was the weirdest and rarest attribute on a bird that I ever saw. I ended up keeping it as a pet in the store and after a while, I gave it to a friend. She had acres of land and would let it run. Sadly, it was attacked by a hawk and the injuries were to severe and it passed.. I never did take a picture of her though

thank you, i do show her but she is not a reconized color so she can only win best of variety.

o well if it were up to me she would win every one! shes beautiful! i am so excited we just got our first from our flock our white silkie Yeti layed it she looks like this
