That makes me think if the chicken strollers that my neighbors tease me about (I don't have a chicken stroller, nor do I want one, but the chickens are pretty spoiled):

Chicken strollers! And coincidentally, I just saw one on a PBS show about the Ohio National Poultry Show. It was pink! But it looked just like your first pic, so someone is marketing them.
I'm going to look into making one out of a repurposed baby stroller.
