show quality or not?

hi there. i bought home 2 white silkies. i was told they are show quality, but they dont look like. plus, do you have any idea on the age? that guy said 1 year, but i dont belive in hiim. any ideas?

The hen isn't really that show quality-- she needs more feathers on her legs, and more fluff. The male isn't as bad, but wouldn't do very well at a show (he needs more fluff, a deeper body, and a larger crest). They look about a year old to me.
