He is to large to fit the standard then. He can't be shown, and isn't a good candidate for breeding. He'll pass on this trait to his offspring. Unless you could find some tiny Silkie hens to breed him to.

You should join a Silkie Club and find other breeder that are working on LF Silkies. You need several people breeding and showing them to get them APA recognized. Joining the APA would also be recommended.

Maybe look into "meat" silkies.
I saw something about a bigger silkie that was being used as a meat bird because some cultures value the black meat but wasn't fond of the size of our regular silkies.
Id cross him with some huge show type cochins then back cross back to him or cross the offspring. And go from there.

I've looked up Chinese Silkie chickens, and they're pretty large in size. Silkies are duel purpose no matter the size.
