I'm not a show expert, but given the floppy comb of your Black Copper Marans, I'd say "no."

You can find the Marans SOP at http://www.maranschickenclubusa.com/StandardofPerfection.html which does call for a straight, upright comb.

I'm not a Marans expert, but your hen looks decently show quality to me. She seems to have better size than many Marans I've seen, and good coloring, too.

Your bird looks decent to me, too. The floppy comb is a defect, but not a serious one (it wouldn't disqualify her). She has good leg feathering, color, and size. I've seen a lot worse.
