The chances are extremely low either chick will survive. It's not a good practice to set double yolk eggs

Might not be two embryos, sometimes looks can be deceiving, but if it is, it's unlikely to survive. Two chicks in one egg face a lot of struggles, and statistically it's highly unlikely either survives to hatch. And if one dies at any point, it will almost certainly cause the other to die as well. Some people have had twin hatches, but it's very rare; when they do manage to both survive, usually one is stunted and small.

Extremely unlikely. It has been done but not worth the effort. As has been said, there are many reasons egg layers don't have twins (from a single egg. They are only a possibility in live bearers where abdomens can expand and the embryo's nutrition can vary due to the demands on the mother.

I would continue to incubate and see what happens. Many times people think they see two embryos but it is actually only one.
