Hear Ye Hear Ye...

The biggest difference between the Easter Eggers and Ameraucanas are.....drum roll please.


Easter Egger Chickens lay mint green, aqua, olive green, pink, blue, cream eggs and the Ameraucana can only lay a blue egg.

The EE is the way to go for a colorful egg basket. Another great thing about the EE is that they change so much as they grow.

These are some eggs from my EE's, the little light brown cream one is from my Buff orpington. I recently had another EE that started to lay and they are a real pretty blue egg.

Be proud of you Easter Eggers, theres no better chicken in my opinion. They are one of the sweetest also.
