Showgirl feathering question

I have one little homog. showgirl who seems to have lots of naked skin around butt and other areas (besides neck. For the most part you can't see the nakedness unless you pick him up.

He's about 6 weeks old. His siblings are bowtied and they are more heavily feathered.

If I take them outside for a bit his little feet get cold and he likes to cuddle in my jacket.

It doesn't seem to affect the other ones as much.

That one is my husband's favorite so he is being senstive and understanding why they are staying in the bathroom still, but he is curious about when they get older.

I told him I think the other feathers will be long enough to maybe help cover those areas when he gets bigger, but I don't know for sure.

He should feather out more, that's for sure. My Showgirls and my Turken are doing fine in this COLD Michigan weather we are having.
