Oh, I was kinda thinking the other way around! Wish I could post pics. Have a glitch in my system that I keep putting off getting corrected. It won't let me post pics, apparently because my server has been bought out several times and not everything got deleted from my computer. One of these days I might get it corrected . . .

Now Betsy I have been contacted by a couple wanting her and nothing short of a bullet to my head is gonna get her off my property. So to keep things civil go get your boy and put him in a box with my name on it.

Sorry for the computer problems seems a lot of folks are having problems these days. Technology I love it but it can be a pain.

I am new to this and am having trouble with uploading images, so I hope this worked. He's my imperfect but wonderfully awesome showgirl. Definitely the most unique bird in my flock and reminds me of a small dinosaur running around my yard. I would love another but they are hard to find in my area!

Thanks! He was supposed to be a hen. I will have to do more research on where to get eggs or chicks since they are not common around here.

It is so hard to tell the sex on the SG! You can take at look at the auctions on here. I usually see them. Good idea to research breeders first.! I agree, I think he need some buddies! LOL

Three Thanksgiving Day chicks--all showgirls! Mother is a beautiful lavender showgirl, dad a silkie from my porcelain project. Two partridge babes with high vaulted skull, one maybe porcelain w/o vaulted skull; all have correct toes. Hated to take them away from Mom, but know they are safer in the house. Haven't been out yet this morning to see if any more have hatched.

around here is Florida - Tampa Bay area and unfortunately I have to re-home him due to ordinances. Thankfully no one has complained while I search for a good home for him! I really don't want to give him up though.
