Thanks everyone! My chickens came home this morning and were happy to be on grass again. I talked to the person who had chickens under us, I saw they had a ameraucana hen. She was really pretty, we talked to her about it and she told me that the one at her home is laying now, she told me she would trade me those chicks than when mine are old enough to breed, give her some of my chicks. I am sitting in a chair with my chickens on my lap now, they went flying and running around the yard when I opened the kennel door for them. They are trying to get the pecking order back in line, so there fighting a little. I decided not to get market chickens for next years fair, I don't think I will be able do it, I will stick with eggs and breeding.
