Beautiful birds.

I too raise orpingtons. I fell so hard for them...I am paring down to just breeding LF and bantam orps and silkies. It is nice to know that more orpington lovers are close by.

I am in the eastern panhandle of WV. What part of VA do you live?

Thanks !! It's nice to meet other lovers of these fat-bottomed beauties. I know exactly what you mean about falling hard for orps. We had several different varieties before, but fell in love with the BBS orps. We rehomed all our other breeds and have been concentrating on the blue orps for some time. I need to work on my blacks next.

We live in South Central Virginia, right on the Virginia/North Carolina border in a small town. Population: Several.

Wow. I mean seriously, WOW. Those birds are beautiful!! If I hadn't already placed my chick order.............maybe I could call them.....??? I can't BElieve I am thinking that! I don't know how to do it but if you can figure out how to get an avatar, the picture with their two big bums in the air is just fantastic!
