How could i train my golden for showmanship?

I've not seen them in Showmanship, as they do not deal with the stress of travel and strange surroundings well and can either knock themselves out or break their neck in the cage. Also they are very good fliers.

Ok, is there any way that i could prepare them?

Well, I suppose if you raised one from a baby and taught it to wear a parrot harness/ w leash and took him places with you he would become accustom to changing surroundings and people.
