I am wanting to buy some shrink bags for my broilers. Cornerstone Farm is the only place I have been able to find them and they are sold out indefinetly. Anybody have another source that has them for a reasonable price?

I have bought mine from www.filmtekcorp.com You have to buy it by the case. I buy the 11 X 18 shrink bags and it averages out to 24 cents a piece.
I just cut the tail off after shrinking.

how about these? I'll be raising meaties next spring and was thinking about buying these bags. http://poultryshrinkbags.blogspot.com/2011/06/order-poultry-shrink-bags-now.html

Those are the ones I used last spring and they worked great. I ordered from them because they took out all the guesswork -- there is *one* size and you can either get the zip-ties and labels, or not. They also had really good instructions on the site.

This time around I'll just get the bags, and use my own zip-ties and tape (to cover the puncture that lets the air out when you shrink them in hot water.)
