I have had one that lost some yolk once and it doesn't mean they didn't get any, If it isn't interested you can't force it. Keep giving the electrolyte water if it needs it.
The sign of an infection can be the need to go to heat so that could be a sign it is infected but also being newly hatched they really like the heat so maybe not.
You will just need to keep a close eye on it to make sure it doesn't come out again and if it does clean your hands thoroughly before pushing it back in.
You have done a great job so far because it does look like it lost a lot of yolk, you can get an antibiotic for birds its more angled towards parrots but maybe try that if it is infected but I'm not sure if it can be given to Chicks cause I've never had to use it.
