Shrink wrapped ducks?? What should I do?

I don't do bators but I think this is about the best info on water fowl hatching.    https://www.backyardchickens.com/t/491013/goose-incubation-hatching-guide-completed it says goose but ducks/geese same for incubating.

Is this okay? It's out of the shell.. Just still attached at the cord. Wiggles around, peeps.. takes a break to rest..

From the VERY limited info I know....you need to let baby detach itself from the egg or it can bleed to death. Cord detaches when it is ready..but annoying for Tricky!!!!
