One of my ducklings has pipped around 24hrs ago hasn't mad much progress since the one pip got bigger and I took a few bits of the Shell out which has seemed to make the ducking more vocal and lively however I think it may be shrink wrapped please look at the photo attached and tell me what you think of so what do I do? do I pull more bits off?

The membrane does look dry - I'd assist and get it out. If there is blood, stop, but I don't think you'll run into much of that. What's the humidity at?
I'm only on day 26-27...is it ok to assist still? I sprayed him just now should I just chips small bits off...

With how the membrane looks, yes. Take off more shell and feel the membrane (how dry). Try peeling it back and if there is no blood, just help the duckling out so it's not stuck anymore.

Ok so I'll chip bits off do I just get a warm towel and take him out and chip bits?

Update I chipped bit by bit until it got a bit red at that point I stopped the bleeding by putting pressure on the bleeders then I put the egg straight back in the incubator here's pictures of what I did to help I don't know if I did it right?

You can. No towel needed, though.

You did fine...I'd let it alone now. Do you know if the membrane that is wrapping the duckling (not the white one on shell) is really dry? That's what I would be most worried about.

thabks I just peeled until I saw bleeding then I stopped and put it back in the incubator... when should I check on it again like if no progress has been made? Few hours?

At least five or so hours. Keep an eye on it - if it stops moving or making sounds, I'd check on it to make sure everything is ok, but not necessarily peel more off yet. You might want to wait until tomorrow morning to try anything else.

Ok thanks! I'll keep a really good eye on it and will keep u guys updated! I will be peeled to the incubator so if anything happens like if there's lack of movement should I peel back more shell?
