Shroud of Death~A Vampire RP

After a long day of cleaning, canning, and weapon sharpening, Mary decided it was probably time to hit the hay.
She walked inside and closed the door, locking the heavy steel lock it had. She then closed all the windows, locking them as well.
It was simply a safety precaution so no vampires or other horrid creatures could sneak into her house. If she ever got bitten, then nobody would ever trust her again and she didn't have the personal gain of everyone's false trust. Mary didn't want to be forced to leave the village. If a vampire attacked you, then how could you trick people into thinking you weren't a vampire?

Mary hummed quietly as she set her flail on her bedside table and took her hair out of her braid. She never liked sleeping in a braid, even though you were supposed to, because it made her head feel like it was lying on a rock.
As she undid her hair she silently thought about who she'd have to plan to kill next. There was one person in the village who didn't seem to trust her very well, so he'd have to go at some point. She just had to figure out how to make everyone think they had a friendship.

(I'm not sure if I understand what you mean? Maybe they could be caught while escaping and moved to the castle to be held there, where they will meet the evil king. What do you think? It might be fun.)
Ivanca felt a painful twinge of compassion awaken within her as she watched William. She slowly stepped closer to him. "William? Its your shoulder, isn't it? You're hurt." She said gently, her stern facial expressions softening.

(No, that works. I was just saying that when any two vampires fall in love, they suck eachother's blood as a bonding ritual. That's all. And it was just a suggestion. The castle idea is great.)William shook his head, and replied "Yes, I got shot in the shoulder. But it doesn't hurt that much." He lied to cover up his physical weakness. He added with a hint of scorn "It must be because I'm human, that's all." He was starting to doubt whether taking the bullet for her had been worth it.

Colette locked and boarded up all of the doors and windows around the house, before grabbing a string of garlic and hanging it around her neck. She wasn't sure if garlic actually had any effect on vampires but it was worth a try. She ran to a battered wooden chest and took out another pistol and dagger.

Matteo rolled his eyes in annoyance at her finding another dagger and pistol. However, they seemed not to be Crimson Curse. He grinned, preparing to strike.
