Matteo decided to wait until he approached her to kidnap her for himself.

Exhausted, Colette curled up and fell asleep, forgetting the dangers lurking in the forest.

Jonathan had stayed near, to ensure her safety during the night.

Sarah extinguished the fire and laid back down. She would be okay, because she was a vampire now, and she couldn't die by a horrible beast.

Mary was beginning to wake up, and groaned slightly in pain. She was not awake enough to realize what was happening though, so all she did was sleepily lull her head to the side.

Xylo laughed at her through the crack in the door, and chuckled "You were really stupid. One of my easiest bounties yet."

Jonathan stood watch quietly from the shadows. She didn't want her to get hurt or scared.

Xylo laughed at her through the crack in the door, and chuckled "You were really stupid. One of my easiest bounties yet."

Mary sighed.
"Well, sorry...Wasn't exactly expecting a midnight visitor..." She said weakly. "But, you can trust me on this; if you see me again when I'm free, and aren't sneaking around when everybody is at their weakest like a baby, you're a dead man..." The corner of her mouth was slightly hooked with a smile.

(Doesn't really make sense how he knows that but not why the King wants her, and it makes no sense that the king is randomly believing she's a murderer and throwing her in a dungeon without having her know anything, or having the ability to prove random claims wrong. But okay.)

"Oh, I'll get out somehow. I'm not worried all that much. Maybe moving is a good thing, this kingdom is obviously idiotic anyway." Mary told him, with a little bit of fake confidence. How could anybody know she was a serial killer? She was an expert at it, left no evidence.
